Day 1: Arrival in Lusaka, Zambia

On the first day, you will arrive at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka. Our representative will warmly welcome you. You will then be transferred to your luxurious accommodation in Lusaka, where you can relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.

Day 2: Lusaka to Lower Zambezi National Park

After breakfast, you will board a light aircraft for a scenic flight to Lower Zambezi National Park. Once you arrive at the airstrip, you will be transferred to Chongwe River Camp, your exclusive retreat along the banks of the Zambezi River. You will enjoy a sumptuous lunch while overlooking the river. You will then embark on your first game drive or boat safari, where you will encounter the park’s diverse wildlife up close.

Day 3-4: Explore Lower Zambezi National Park

You will spend the next two days immersed in the pristine wilderness of Lower Zambezi. You will be led by experienced guides on morning and afternoon game drives and have the opportunity to cruise along the Zambezi River on a leisurely boat safari. You can also indulge in a guided walking safari, where you will track wildlife on foot. Each evening, you will return to camp for sundowners around the campfire followed by delicious meals prepared by talented chefs.

Day 5: Transfer to South Luangwa National Park

On day five, you will board a light aircraft for a scenic flight to Mfuwe, gateway to South Luangwa National Park. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Nkwali Camp, your home in the heart of the African bush. You will be greeted with refreshing drinks and a warm welcome before settling into your luxurious tented accommodation. You will then embark on an afternoon game drive, spotting the park’s abundant wildlife as the sun sets over the horizon.

Day 6-8: Discover South Luangwa National Park

You will spend the next three days exploring the pristine wilderness of South Luangwa, renowned for its high density of wildlife and diverse ecosystems. You will join expert guides on morning and evening game drives, searching for iconic species such as lions, leopards, and wild dogs. You will also experience the thrill of a night safari, venturing into the bush in search of elusive nocturnal creatures under the starlit sky. Optional activities include guided walking safaris, cultural village visits, and birdwatching excursions, providing insight into the park’s rich biodiversity.

Day 9: Departure

On the final day, after a morning game drive and breakfast, you will bid farewell to South Luangwa as you board a light aircraft for your return flight to Lusaka. Upon arrival in Lusaka, you can connect to your international flight home or continue your African adventure with an optional extension to Victoria Falls.
